At the heart of all great cooking are fantastic ingredients.  Started in 2016, Pigling Street has always been commited to ethical sourcing from our award winning, high welfare farm and suppliers.  Bringing the best of British farming to the streets of London at an affordable price has always been our goal and hence the Posh Pork Bap was born . . .

All our meats are truly free range, free from antibiotics, growth promotors, and added hormones.  They are fed on natural foods, live their lives outside in the fresh air, with freedom to roam in large paddocks, rooting around in the sandy Suffolk soil.

It's more than just street food . . .

RESTING IS WHEN THE MAGIC HAPPENS

​

All our meats are rested and cooled for at least 45 minutes before serving.  The gentle cooling of the meat allows the juices to settle and the meat to relax.  It's at its best at room temperature.
